Job Description:

This position is responsible for:

* Performing all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review

* Meeting SLA's

* Assuring compliance of loan packages received for funding

* Providing support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing, as directed

* Partnering with vehicle specialists as required to assure proper documentation for securing collateral

* Working knowledge of Indirect LOS, Nautilus, CCMC & the core system

* Recommending improvements to workflows to increase operating efficiencies

* Preforming relevant administrative duties as required

* Completing special projects as assigned

* Working as part of a team

* Working with onsite equipment

PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school education or equivalent, 4 years related banking/lending experience, 2 years customer service experience; 2 years technological or relevant experience; proficient with Microsoft Office software. Applicant must demonstrate organizational, time management, and basic computer navigational skills. Applicant must be able to multitask and handle workloads with deadlines.
