Provides recommendations to improve processes based on expertise, and leads team on resolution of complex issues.

Responsibilities


  • Recommends the standards that will be planned and plans regulatory schedule within prescribed timeframe


  • May begin contributing to industry knowledge at forums and sharing information with the business

  • Looks across corrective and preventative actions to identify systemic issues recommend broader preventive actions

  • Leads team members with the development of content and types of reports to be generated

  • Also provides guidance on actions to be taken based on report results

  • Supports the development of regulatory compliance training and builds own knowledge of standards and how to use the system

  • Works with local, regional and global management to assess need for new training or re-training efforts

  • Leads on responses for complex requests or sensitive issues with high risk

  • Provides authoritative expertise in the team's specialty

  • Leads IBX and cross-functional teams on assigned projects balancing business need/knowledge with standards requirements

  • Clearly sees potential risks for non-compliance and leads mitigation/response efforts with external and internal groups

Qualifications


  • 7+ years experience


  • Bachelors
