We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Development professional for our Long Beach location.  We offer comprehensive training and the highest quality service in the industry.  You should possess great communication and presentation skills, be responsible, reliable, organized and highly motivated to generate sales.

Minimum of two years outside B2B sales experience is preferred.  Industry experience not required.  Background checks, including driving record, and pre-employment drug test will be completed before employment.  Ace is a drug-free workplace.


  • Develop sales leads and manage pipeline/sales cycle

  • Meet with potential customers/businesses to advise on all aspects of the relocation process, perform surveys of items to be moved, and provide timely and accurate estimates/pricing

  • Provide timely follow up with potential customers

  • Update and maintain sales management system on a daily basis

  • Clearly and accurately communicate customers’ needs and expectations to Operations

  • Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Tend to all service issues, including those that arise outside of normal business hours

  • Network throughout the community to generate new business


  • Ability to work independently

  • Solid understanding of the sales process

  • Strong closing and negotiating skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary

  • Strong customer service background and proven sales record

  • Proven ability to successfully manage conflict and resolve issues

  • Ability to understand contracts, pricing strategies, and current market trends

  • Use of PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
