Job Description:

Industrial Toys was founded by Industry veteran Alex Seropian in 2012 with the goal of making the world’s best mobile FPS games. After being acquired by Electronic Arts in 2018, Industrial Toys has been growing fast and is looking for more people to help change the landscape of mobile games at EA and around the world. Responsibilities: 

  • Work with engineers and other designers to develop weapons systems for a first person shooter

  • Design and build a diverse array of high-quality weapons

  • Take part in internal and external playtests, and iterate based on feedback

  • Generate actionable changes from research and live data

  • Quickly prototype design ideas in-game and rapidly iterate via playtesting

  • Develop data-gathering methods for game balancing and tuning

 Requirements: 

  • Experience designing weapon systems on at least one shipped first-person shooter title

  • Demonstrable content creation skills

  • Outstanding self-motivation and initiative in a highly dynamic environment

  • Demonstrative proof of an open-minded, progressive thinker who is flexible, energetic and driven with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges with working solutions

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Scripting experience is a plus
