NTT DATA Services currently seeks a PeopleSoft Software Security Specialist to join our team in Albany, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Job Duties:

* Stand up regional routing framework for DOT Security and Workflow for the majority of modules.

* Work with DOT to update their Administrative structure to align with regional management of SFS administration.

* General Ledger Workflow: add regional routing rules for DOT to route journals by region.

* Requires updates to GL workflow configuration and routing rules.

* Travel & Expense Workflow: relate workflow to the new blanket authorization documents and create rules for routing blanket authorization.

* Update Query security for existing roles to provide access to any new queries or reports defined by the DOT project.

* Update the SFS Role Guide and Separations of Duties Matrix for Internal Control reporting based on any new and added roles as part of the DOT project.

Mandatory Qualifications:

* Four or more years of experience with PeopleSoft security architecture. Experience must include creating and managing user roles, creating and managing permission lists, and user profile management.

* Two or more years of experience using PeopleSoft Portal and its integration with PeopleSoft applications, Active Directory, PeopleSoft Single Sign-On or Oracle Internet Directory (OID)/OVD security infrastructure.

* Worked on at least one PeopleSoft project implementing new role level security and workflow.

* Two or more years of experience designing and implementing security across PeopleSoft applications (including PeopleSoft Portal).

* Two or more years of experience analyzing and troubleshooting a problem and providing a solution rapidly and decisively.

* One or more years of experience with application & server security administration including software installations, deployments and configuration/troubleshooting/problem solving on Windows, UNIX and/or, AIX.
