Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC. (KAES) is seeking a Digital Product Manager to strengthen the relationship between our customers and IT. In addition, this role will help set and execute a new direction for information technology support of the commercial and logistics capabilities. This role will collaborate with customers and team members to help manage the implementation of solutions for current and future business needs. A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


The KAES Digital Product Manager is an IT Professional who will become highly connected to how the business creates value to better understand the priority of and effectively lead projects to improve capabilities, eliminate waste, and capture additional revenue opportunities. S/he will drive changes for customers to accomplish their key strategies. Responsibilities include working with sponsors to:

  • Experiment with new technologies that can be leveraged to add value to the business

  • Help align team objectives with overall vision and strategies

  • Recommend enhancements to optimize or enhance current business processes

  • Research disruptive information technology

  • Implement complex IT solutions

  • Effectively capture business requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications in support of business priorities

  • Coordinate testing and process changes through the organization as needed

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management, business system analysis, digital product management, or process analysis experience

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Experience maintaining product backlogs to include epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria 

  • Experience taking project from conception to production managing all aspects of solution delivery including; requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, budget management, status reporting, risk management and change control.

  • Experience performing in multi-tasking environments 

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to assist in or solely drive project delivery

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Ability to work with software vendors or software development to solve application issues

  • Experience implementing, supporting, or using data analytics 

  • Project Management certification

  • Agile certification

  • SalesForce and/or AWS experience

  • Data analytics, machine learning experience

  • Experience in a sales & logistics customer facing role

  • Broad knowledge of the fertilizer/agricultural industry

  • Experience working in DevOps environment

  • Experience in transformational change
