We are seeking outgoing, dynamic people to train, coach and develop into successful Service Supervisors.  In this role, you will oversee a team of service technicians within an assigned branch/territory location.  We are looking for people with good listening and customer service skills to coach, mentor and lead their team to deliver first-class service to safeguard homes, businesses and brands.


Western is seeking a Service Supervisor who will lead a technical route service team within an assigned branch in the Greater Philadelphia area.

The successful Service Supervisors will:



  • Lead and mentor the entire service operation to provide high-quality customer and technical services

  • Provide highly skilled “hands-on" management

  • Train and develop technicians

  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing and selecting service technicians and trainees

  • Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings

  • Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity

  • Schedule client services and route service technicians; ensuring that customer expectations are met

  • Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns

  • Interact with both commercial and residential clients 

  • Perform quality site inspections

  • Review and submit all service-related documents and reporting

  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies

  • Multi-task within a fast-paced environment

  • Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills

Eligibility & Requirements:


We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.  Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).



  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Experience

Required

  • 3 - 5 years: Supervisory or management of direct and indirect reports in a service based industry

  • 1 - 5 years: Pest Control Services

  • 3 - 5 years: Service-related industry experience
