The Branch Team Lead will assist in the overall operation of the Edina office by providing input to the Branch Manager while also performing all Member Account Representative (MAR) duties. Serve as a mentor by answering high-level questions, providing problem resolution and sound decision making, reinforcing policies and procedures and training team members at various office locations. Act as leader in the absence of the Branch Manager, including traveling to other offices as needed. Assist in managing all office channels; Service Level Agreements (SLA), projects and initiatives and ongoing change while leading and supporting Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives throughout the office.
Working 40 hours per week. Variable hours between 8:15 am – 5:15 pm Monday through Friday and two Saturdays per month 9 am – 12 pm.
***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for 3 weeks at our Corporate in Eau Claire, WI.
Minimum of one year leadership experience.
Previous customer service experience.
Minimum of three years’ experience working in financial services, which includes a minimum of 12 months of lending or loan processing experience or equivalent loan related experience.
Experience as a Member Account Representative and proficient in MAR III duties OR proficient in MAR II duties AND a minimum of six months leadership experience.
Ability to travel to other Royal Credit Union locations to meet with Members and mentor team members.

FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) OR other approved financial counseling certification.
Teller or cash handling experience.
Associates degree in Business related field.
