LinQuest is seeking a Talent Acquistion Business Partner to join our team in the Huntsville, AL area. This person can be virtual in the area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energized and motivated recruiter who will drive the advancement of our team through full life cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and cleared roles. This is a recruiter position with the expectation to provideinnovation and thought leadership to the teams.
The successful candidate will perform full life cycle technical recruiting, work closely with hiring managers assessing their recruiting and business needs and successfully hire professionals in the aeronautical and engineering industry. This person must have a proven track record using social media and other creative recruiting tools to identify candidates. We are looking for a true business partner who is a owner of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
Source high quality candidates through the use of social media and other recruiting tools for LinQuests positionsDevelop creative approaches to identifying, attracting, and engaging high quality candidates; Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired rolesProactively search and focus on hard-to-fill rolesUnderstand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talentDevelop strategic business relations with key stakeholders to include hiring managersUtilize social media to network with relevant user groups to recruit talentSource and screen all candidates for open positionsFollow established procedures to ensure candidate and productivity data is accurately captured through tour ATSPrepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, organization, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
