We need people with solid technical, problem solving, and customer service skills to join our Field Service Organization as a: Field Service Technician I.

What can you expect?

The Field Service Technician is available for 24/7 on call field service labor, trouble shooting and service training at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components such as decanters, high speed separators or heat exchangers to ensure reliable operation, optimum performance and efficiency.

This includes performing preventive maintenance, emergency and warranty repairs. Must be able to manage travel costs and operating expenses associated with field service visits. You can expect to work on Decanters, High Speed Separators and Heat Exchangers.

You will have an opportunity to learn our equipment and product lines from the ground up. You can expect 75-85% travel, the use of a company vehicle, and a good amount of overtime. When you are not on the road, you can be working from your home office.

What will be required of you?

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree or two years Military or suitable technical experience

  • Solid computer and report writing skills

  • Ability to lift 85 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical strength (climbing, standing, equipment/tool use).

  • Must be able to wear a safety respirator, as needed. (Men must be clean shaven, if necessary when job requires it)
