DUTIES:

This is a part-time hourly position.

This position will support a variety of general office support tasks in the Office of Continuing and Professional Education - Care Center.

Duties


  • Assist in the daily operations of the Office of Continuing and Professional Education. This may include supporting administrative activities as well as data entry, data collection and processing.

  • Upon request from staff prepare course material shipments for sponsor course delivery (both US based and International)

  • Ensure prompt FedEx shipments/deliveries of the course instructional materials and work with carrier to resolve any problems regarding shipment

  • Assist in updating the master schedule database (web based) and web portals

  • Assist faculty/faculty support staff in posting course materials in Canvas

  • Assist in maintaining course material configuration and course material inventory

  • Assist in updating student access database 

  • Assist in running reports, using pivot tables and providing data analysis

  • Assist staff and faculty with IT issues as needed

  • Participate in process improvement activities as assigned

  • Assist is webinar setup and any related issues, WebEx, Canvas, Wimba, Blackboard Collaborate. 

  • Other duties as assigned.
