Primary Responsibilities:•Deeply understand and appreciate functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile releases by participating in the ideation process. •Analyze business needs and produce detailed wireframes, low fidelity prototypes that meet strategic objectives•Participate in testing and further iteration or existing prototypes•Create final production ready redlined and annotated wireframes to be formerly handed off to corresponding development teams•Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints•Develop user flows, user journeys and personas to facilitate feature design process•Participate in cross-functional design and discovery sessions within the ideation process•Manage and cultivate pattern library•Contribute to the roadmap prioritization of features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX ->supporting Product Owner•Participate in Design Thinking Process utilizing proven ideation methods within an agile environmentQualifications & Skills:•5+ years of experience in UX Architecture & Design, or a related field•Information Technology Degree specializing in front end development, economics or psychology or equivalent experience•3- 5 years' experience in a fast-paced software environment , and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines•3- 5 years' experience designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms•3- 5 years' experience in user tests preparation, participation on user tests, incorporate user tests results into a wireframes•3- 5 years' experience in creating wireframes Low-fidelity and interactive prototyping and creating wireframes High-Fidelity; redlined and annotated•3- 5 years' experience creating screen flows, sitemaps, and state transition diagrams•Advanced knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools and methodologies•Ability to understand and interpret UX research•Ability to understand key technology concepts•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority•High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful•Highly creative and inquisitive; able to multitask effectively•Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications\t•B2B experience a plus•Agile Mindsetthyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, is a leading provider of production materials and integrated service solutions with almost 4,000 employees and more than 90 locations in North America.
