Responsibilities: •Serve as the HRIS administrator which includes but not limited to system maintenance, compliance upgrades and overall system continuity.•Serve as Tier 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS/HCM/HRMS technical issues, process flaws and system security user setup.•Serve as a key contact to the customer organizations to resolve technical and procedural questions and or issues.•Analyze and recommend enhancements to HRIS applications, systems, and tools.•Collaborate with third party functional and technical resources to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and enhancements.•Maintain status on open issues pertaining to the application.•Develop and deliver human resources information and reports to HR, Payroll and Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; designing and preparing reports.•Participate in testing when new update patches and/ or new releases with SAP HCM, ADP and Successfactors.•Develop a working knowledge of all HR and Payroll related computer systems, integrations and interfaces.Our HRIS Analyst Requirements:•Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field required.•Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in the HR Information Systems/HRIS field or related area required.•Experience troubleshooting HRIS system issues required.•HRIS/HR Systems administration experience in SAP HCM, SAP Successfactors and or ADP e-time strongly preferred.•HRIS/HCM/HRM reporting experience required. SAP HCM Infoset Query preferred.•SAP HCM data migration and Interface experience (Outbound, Inbound, PO/PI, SFTP/FTP) including troubleshooting preferred. (i.e. requirements definition, understanding of downstream impacts, etc.)•Experience supporting Payroll preferred.•Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables)•Strong customer service orientation and effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.•Thorough working knowledge of processes and workflows within HR and other areas that leverage employee master data to provide consultation on system design and downstream impact.thyssenkrupp Materials NA is a subsidiary of the internationally operating thyssenkrupp Group. headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, is a leading provider of production materials and integrated service solutions with almost 2,900 employees and more than 95 locations in North America.
