Responsibilities:•Serve as a level two key liaison to key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS related technical and procedural questions and or system issues. This will include system modifications and enhancements.•Identify and document functional requirements, workflow detail, and information sources and systems specifications.•Analyze and recommend enhancements to HRIS applications, systems, and tools.•Analyze implications of changes/new releases on existing processes, tools and interfaces based on knowledge of interdependencies of related functions and systems.•Support all aspects of new and existing interface integrations to vendors.•Collaborate with third party functional and technical resources to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and enhancements.•Develop and deliver human resources information and reports to HR, Payroll and Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; designing and preparing reports.•Maintain status on open issues pertaining to the HRIS applications.•Conduct and coordinate testing when new update patches and/ or new releases with SAP HCM, ADP and Successfactors.Requirements:•Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field.•Minimum 3+ years of experience in the HR Information Systems/HRIS field or related area required.•Experience troubleshooting HRIS system issues required.•Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables) required.•HRIS/HR Systems administration experience in SAP HCM, SAP Successfactors and or ADP e-Time strongly preferred.•SAP HCM Reporting experience Infoset Query and Manager strongly preferred.•SAP HCM data migration and Interface experience (Outbound, Inbound, PO/PI, SFTP/FTP) including troubleshooting strongly preferred. (i.e. requirements definition, understanding of downstream impacts, etc.)•Understanding of SAP architecture, BASIS, ABAP development and ESS/MSS portal technologies preferred.•Experience supporting Payroll is preferred. Experience supporting SAP HCM strongly preferred.•Relational database experience (i.e. MS Access or similar) with the ability to create tables, complex queries and reports from multiple sources of data preferred.•Thorough working knowledge of processes and workflows within HR and other areas that leverage employee master data to provide consultation on system design and downstream impact.•Project management skills and experience managing projects.•Team player with excellent relationship building skills.•Strong customer service orientation and effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.Business Area Materials Services
