Job Description:


Primary Job Responsibilities

- Work with VP, Publicis Sales to develop platform sales strategy
- Sell Xandr Invest and Monetize capabilities across national brand agencies
within Publicis Holding Company- Generate adoption of platforms and tool sets to delivery solutions to new
customers- Build and maintain pipeline of sales targets
- Oversee supply and demand side sales team coaching sellers through sales
process- Create synergies across Publicis media sales team to foster collaborative go to
market account strategies- Lead cross functional product discussions to provide market feedback to improve
platform offering.


Minimum Qualifications •

- 7-10 years selling advertising technology solutions, with strong preference for
experience with video ad technology
- Sales leader with diversified experience across enterprise-level (SAAS-based)
solutions and various digital advertising formats.- Experience building sales teams and managing quarterly sales goals
- Depth of knowledge on Holding Company structures including data strategies
and programmatic buying- Proven success navigating complex sales process, and driving deals to a close
- Deep knowledge of advertising technology industry, with an understanding of
video ad monetization and video solutions - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
