About the Position

As a Business Analyst, you will identify opportunities to run our business more effectively and serve our customers better. A successful Business Analyst will thrive in this entrepreneurial environment amidst a mature industry using a healthy mix of creativity, strong business analytics and critical thinking. This role will highlight your ability to produce valuable insights and put you at the forefront of the impactful decisions guiding our success. Great opportunities lie ahead for analysts that can excel in this role. Successful analysts will have the opportunity to guide meaningful projects from A to Z and take ownership of entire functional areas of the business.

You will:

  • Be on the front lines of decision-making to optimize margin in SEM

  • Build processes that automate actionable insights and meaningful reporting

  • Leverage advanced analytics and modeling concepts to solve business problems and drive profit

  • Lead hi-impact analytical projects that equip decision-makers and inform company strategy

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to generate customer insights, improve processes, and direct marketing activity

  • Work on cross-departmental projects while gaining valuable experience with multiple areas of the business

  • Build your analytical chops with bi-weekly trainings on topics ranging from Python programming to public speaking

You have:

  • 1-2 years experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with SQL and a solid understanding of applied statistics

  • Multi-tasking capabilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • An analytical, detail-oriented personality with an ability to think critically and creatively

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with vendors, stakeholders, and team members

  • A burning desire to learn and be impactful
