1. Summary Description
This position manages 2B annual payment and AP team, provide financial (SAP) system training/support for North America staff. Works closely with Corp Treasury for funding and Citi bank for banking related issues.

Manage and support and train AP team so the team can independently perform their tasks
Manage critical payment
Avoid any interest and penalty
Newly onboard staff are trained in using financial system (SAP etc.) and continue provide system support to NOA staff.

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent combination of experience and education
Minimum 5 years or more experience in finance or business equivalent
Experience in SAP
Staff supervising experience
Familiar with staff training
Knowledge of banking process
Experience working with Microsoft Access database and Excel is a MUST
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with a level of professionalism and integrity.
Self-motivated, results oriented professional.
Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
