ECS is seeking a Senior Web Developer to work in our Dover, DE office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Description: ECS has an opportunity for a Senior Web Developer to support a new web development program for a DoD client. The work location for this position will be on-site at the customer's facility on Dover AFB, DE.
As a Web Developer on this program, you will use your expertise and experience in the following areas and activities to deliver solutions and services to our customer:
Participate in the development of new systems throughout the entire application lifecycle: requirements analysis & definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment
Develop custom visualizations
Work from requirements specifications to develop or modify software applications
Designing, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documenting application features and changes
Work with Scrum team using SAFe Agile methodology
You will have the opportunity to work and grow your expertise with a team of software engineering and cyber security experts.
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Must hold (or acquire within 60 days) Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level II certification(s) required to work on government IT systems, to include any of the following: CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP or higher-level certification
5 to 7 years of specialized experience conducting project management for web development projects.
2 to 4 years' experience consulting to customers defining requirements.
2-4 years' experience in a training capacity
Demonstrated experience leading a team and successfully managing IT projects
Expert written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage end-to-end project - business case development to requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and support.
