Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities: 1.       Primary duty is to ensure that all administrative tasks involving sales orders as processed quickly and accurately. 2.       Processing orders, retail pricing & entering credit submissions 3.       Purchase Order submissions. 4.       Communicate consistently with the outside sales, inside sales & sales management regarding tasks assigned. 5.       Event support as needed. 6.       Effective external and internal communication with a wiliness to constantly learn and adapt. 7.       Ensure sound working relationships within the Monrovia organization. 8.       Must be available to work the following schedule:                                                Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm                                                Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:30pm on occasion in Spring
