Our main focus is designing high performance processor IP, Fabric IP and System IP, we are looking for a Customer Program Manager who can handle the relationship between engineering teams at Arm and Arm's Customers to ensure the full benefits of Arm IP are realized in some of the world's most successful and groundbreaking products.
About the role

This role is targeted at a motivated individual who will be based in Arm's Design Center. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Engineering teams, Engineering Management, Project Managers and Product Managers across all of Arm to ensure close relationships at our most advanced Customers. This close relationship will in turn drive successful and optimal integration of Arm IP into Customer products.

You will need a broad base of experience in IP and SoC development, software "aware", managing and direct interaction with customers, and should have experience in delivering complex technologies to customers.

Your responsibilities will include driving and maintaining the relationship between Arm and Customer engineering teams, understanding of Arm IP development lifecycles and schedules, understanding Customer development requirements, risks and challenges, and handling partners.

This role requires you to travel for work across Arm sites and with Arm Customers.

Job Requirements
What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any of these roles/or similar: Applications Engineering, Technical Account Management, Project/ Program Management, Manager of Engineers
  • You should have extraordinary experience with emphasis in a Customer Facing role and working with many different Engineering Teams (internally and externally, locally and globally)
  • Experience in dealing directly with customer engineering development teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skill with strong attention to detail
  • Process oriented and organized
  • Ambitious and able to accept new challenges and motivate others
  • Experience with entire product development cycle from concept through final delivery for complex, leading edge, high performance SoCs, with examples/experience in these areas: Tape outs, silicon bring up, pre and post silicon activities, and critical issue management
  • Ability to influence and to build trust and rapport with others
