Job Summary:

We are looking for Forklift Operators to join our manufacturing plant in Phoenix, AZ. At our facilities, we value continuous learning, innovation and safety. We want this career

Machine Operators are responsible for operating and tending to the machines that are used to produce and shape Insulfoam's expanded polystyrene (EPS) blocks. Multiple positions are currently available for two shifts.

Hourly Rate:

$16.00/ hour

$500 Sign on Bonus!

Shift:

First Shift: 6am to 2:30pm

Second Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include one or more of the following, depending upon machine assignment:
  • Molding/Expanding: Operate or tend machines designed to mold and expand bead into EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.
  • Cutting: Operate or tend machines designed cut EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.
  • Fabrication: Operate or tend machines designed to fabricate EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required
  • Mechanical background preferred
  • Ability to use measuring gauges such as a measuring tape
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under strict deadlines
  • Reliable means of transportation required
