The LMSO is a highly visible business area that supports all twelve Federal Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors. This position will lead a team that provides high quality service and support to the people who manage, coordinate and administer learning programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, managing and developing a team of business analysts.
Consulting with customers on their business needs and providing options for using learning management technology to meet those needs.
Coaching staff on proactive consulting with customers to help them fully leverage available system functionality.
Leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across departments, vendors, districts, business lines, and technology functions.
Developing deep expertise in the department's portfolio of applications.
Working collaboratively with department leadership to optimize resources, prioritize work assignments, manage risk, meet customer business needs and develop staff.
Crafting communications and communication plans that achieve the intended objectives for each audience.
Keeping current with the evolution of the Learning industry and leading projects that stay ahead of customer needs.
Using analytics capabilities to create reports that meet customer needs.
