Provides administrative and project support to the SRM Division. Works within a team and performs a variety of routine to moderately complex clerical tasks. A typical day requires the individual to utilize effective communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills in order to meet deadlines and complete daily responsibilities.
Performs a variety of routine to moderately complex clerical tasks including, but not limited to, examination report editing and proofreading, report mailing, records processing, document imaging, and posting/updating information to the Division's intranet site.
Understands and applies procedures, methods, and controls associated with assigned jobs; easily recognizes deviation from accepted practice and takes appropriate action to remedy the situation or provides guidance to co-workers to remedy the situation.
Completes assignments/projects in a prescribed timeframe.
Assists customers with a variety of routine to moderately complex questions or problems.
Offers suggestions for operational and customer service improvements.
