Job Description:


PPG Architectural Coatings USCA is implementing a new, customer relationship manager (CRM) based on the SAP C/4HANA platform. At the initial phases of implementation, a significant amount of development and training will be required. As the CRM is developed with the addition of greater functionality, such as service and marketing, a dedicated analyst will be required to manage functional and technical support of the CRM. Analysis of data will be required to optimize the use of the CRM system. All of these activities will help to improve PPG's service to customers, and will help to protect our base and grow sales.

This position provides the functional and technical support to the users of the CRM solutions, which will eventually include account and opportunity management, sales process, pipeline conversion, customer feedback, pre-call planning, and data gathering.

Other aspects of the position:

Training:

  • Support training during implementation phase.

Analytics:

  • Perform A-B testing to track outcomes against actions.

  • Performs sales analyses.


Reports:
  • Develop reports for sales and management.

Support:

  • Provide training as new modules are added.

  • Enable regional 'train the trainer' capability.

  • Provides support to system users.


Standards:

  • Maintain and govern standards.

  • Manage SOPs and other user documentation.

  • Establishes expectations for system users.

  • Reviews metadata and enforces correct protocols.


Data Access:
  • Controls access to the system.

Changes:

  • Amalgamates requests for improvements and enhancements of functionality.

  • Participates in any improvement projects requested by the organization.

  • Performs beta testing of new applications prior to rollout.


Quality Assurance:

  • Develops and executes test plans to ensure solution compliance with system specifications.

  • Reports defects and verifies fixes on the implemented solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous CRM experience in regards to analytics, training, or implementation.

  • 3 years of data analysis experience.

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
