Job Description:

Overview

Working out of the Midwest region, the Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives working within the Promotional Products Channel representing all of our brands including Alternative, Hanes, Champion, and ComfortWash. You will research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. Travel is a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Territory focus MidWest: Specific States TBD
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest and expand your database of leads within your assigned territory
  • With training, presenting product and pricing of our lines to our Brand and ASI customers
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Represent Hanesbrands family of product at tradeshows
  • Act as a resource and guide for information and answers
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Maintain Company and contact data, opportunities and history of correspondence in CRM
  • Travel throughout territory for customer meetings
  • Work in tandem with inside team to assist clients and hits goals
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for all brands represented.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree. MBA preferred. 3-5 years sales experience preferred
  • In lieu of degree, minimum of 7 years relevant experience in sales
  • Road warrior mindset (up to 70% travel required)
  • Fearless regarding cold calling
  • Track record of over-achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work and maintain territory budgets (Expense and sample)
  • Experience working with HubSpot.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a powerful work ethic
  • Self-Discipline to work remotely
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
