Impark is currently looking for a Supervisor to work at our Bay Street location in Emeryville, CA

Job Responsibilities:

  • The ability to supervise and develop staff

  • The ability to resolve conflict and solve problems within tight deadlines
  • Ensure the loyalty and satisfaction of our parking customers and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday (shifts varies)
  • Experience managing time and attendance
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand capacity
  • Familiar with cash handling and ticket processing
  • Ability to drive a manual stick shift and automatic vehicles (required)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and be an expert in all areas of customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous valet/customer service experiences an asset but not required
