Job Description:


  • Manages all aspects of the facilities “back shop” operations

  • Managing flow of inbound and out bound of products

  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment

  • Insure company assets are properly protected and that all corporate operational policies and procedures are adhered to

  • Acts as TLC Branch Manager in his/her absence

  • Opening/ Closing facility as required

  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested

  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams

  • Process improvement experience

  • Experience driving day-to-day operations within a warehouse environment
    Logistics excellence

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management

  • Experience with KPI management

  • Supervisor or management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field, MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
