JOB TITLE: Direct Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Bloomfield, CT - Onsite 5 days/week
RATE: Contract, DOE w/ full benefits
START DATE: April 2020
DURATION/END DATE: 6 Months
Our rapidly expanding insurance client is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager who can handle all marketing acquisition strategies, creative execution, handle targeted marketing, and execute direct-to-consumer multi-channel marketing plans.
This is a highly creative role where the Marketing Manager will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the competitive landscape, developing campaign execution plans and timelines for email and mail, and overseeing the implementation of deliverables while ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.

* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience
* Proven experience executing creative multi-channel marketing plans
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, matrix-oriented environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Health care, health insurance or financial experience is a HUGE PLUS
