The Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst will be a part of the GD&A team to represent enterprise business production needs to the broader organization by establishing new processes, collecting, and reviewing inbound requests into GD&A. The Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the Analytic Data Business Support team. This role will also be responsible for researching and triaging issues and requests for CCW (Cigna Corporate Warehouse) and ENT360 (Enterprise 360) presented to the team.
Analyzes and anticipates needs and trends accurately; has broad knowledge and deep perspective that bridge the needs of the customers, projects, and organizations that Global Data & Analytics (GD&A) supports in order to appropriately prioritize and triage requests for CCW and ENT360.
Work as a team member to review all requests coming into the GD&A Measurement and Reporting organization.
Review service and project request to appropriately identify the business impact and priority.
Route work requests into appropriate fulfillment channels
Operate as an individual contributor responsible for servicing multiple applications owned and maintained by GD&A Enterprise Reporting
Act as a liaison for IT Production Support for activities such as root cause analysis, issue resolution and prioritization of system enhancements
Work with senior management, both on the business and technical sides.

Ability to understand technology, work closely with IT partners, and successfully communicate technology concepts to business owners or other persons who are not technically-oriented.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in related healthcare analytics; or any combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to work with, manipulate, and optimize large data sets
Knowledge of healthcare terminology, concepts, and value chain
Knowledge of current data management and BI practices
Demonstrated SQL database querying skills
Knowledge of and experience using BI tools (Teradata Studio, Toad, SAS, Quick Site)
Experience working in a fast-paced, multiple-faceted team
Proven track record of working closely with end users, business partners, and IT
Knowledge of CCW (Cigna Corporate Warehouse) and/or Enterprise 360
Experience in enterprise data management, data warehousing, data marts, data modeling, business intelligence and analytics reporting.
Knowledge of Master Data Management and Data Quality.
Master's Degree or higher
