Job Description:

  • Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image for the company.

  • Greet and screen incoming visitors/customers in a professional manner and promptly notify the appropriate person of their arrival.

  • This position requires strict confidentiality. This position will have access to sensitive company records. 

  • Generate correspondence and letters for the President with little or no direction.

  • Coordinate Company meetings, Special Events, Holiday parties, participate in administrative staff meetings, and attend other meetings as needed.

  • Must have Project Management/Project Management software experience

  • Prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes.

  • Will screen calls, take accurate messages.

  • Must be very well versed in Microsoft Outlook to effectively manage the CEO's calendar.

  • Make extensive travel arrangements and distribute detailed itineraries

  • Manage company CRM (Customer Relationship Management database) for Altus Spine and Acero Precision by assuring information is up to date and accurate.

Perform other related personal duties as required by the CEO, including by not limited to automobile runs for banking, personal meals and incidentals and other company related business as required.



  • 2 year(s): Project Management Experience

  • Strategic and thoughtful problem-solving skills; ability to track varying deadlines

  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Visio and Excel

  • 5 year(s): Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude

  • 5 year(s): Extensive background in travel and calendar management

  • 5 year(s): Experience in executive support


  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
