  • As a part of our Enterprise Support Team, the IT Support Specialist will help deliver outstanding IT support services to our employees. You will ensure that the critical software, hardware and IT systems necessary for our 3000 employees to perform their jobs is operational, and optimized for the efficient and timely performance of our work.
  • Every day will bring new challenges, some of which will be extraordinarily complex.
  • In general, you will provide on-site and remote technical support to employees and clients by responding to their phone calls, emails, and incidents within our ticketing system.
  • Whether in-person or remotely through phone and our remote desktop capabilities utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Autotask Endpoint Management and TeamViewer you will assist users experiencing problems with hardware and software return to productivity.
  • You will create, manage, and close out tickets in our ticketing system (Autotask) and leverage that information to follow through on problems from beginning to end ensuring that all aspects of the problem are resolved.
  • You'll have an opportunity to communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization, and help them feel confident that their problem will be resolved quickly and professionally.
  • You will also collaborate with our other technology teams such as the Infrastructure and Architecture team, the Server team, the VoIP Team, and the Network team to resolve any incidents that require escalation, gaining valuable knowledge and skills from these experts along the way.
  • Some days you may build and personalize computers with our images and software packages using Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • You may also work with our hardware vendors to get desktop and laptop equipment replaced or repaired as needed.


  • You'll need a Two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; applicable experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 0-3 years of related experience.
  • To be successful, you'll need to be bright, energetic, and personable; you'll need to be able to build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted partner with a wide variety of people.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role.
  • You'll need to be able to quickly get up to speed on our policy, procedures and relevant technology.
  • Naturally, you'll need computer skills (Microsoft Office), with the ability to support engineering software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • It would be a plus if you already know how to use some of the software above.
  • Having your ITIL Certification or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) would also be desirable.
