Eagle Harbor Solutions is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support EHS and our government customer at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Active Secret clearance is required.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for DAI reporting. They will build reports and templates as needed by WHS/FMD end-users. The reports will be built in DAI using OBIEE. The reports and templates will be published and available for all users via the DAI OBIEE dashboard responsibility.

Functions, Responsibilities and Duties:

* Use of case management system to track status of report requests

* Use of Serena to escalate issues to the DAI PMO

* OBIEE Report creation, correction and analysis

* The Analyst shall process transactions necessary to clear UMD s

* The Analyst will clear minimum of 30 UMD s weekly

Position Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



* Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Level Clearance, per Government requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with DoD financial management and accounting systems, regulations, and publications

* Experience supporting Federal Financial Management business operations at a government site

* Experience with DAI required

* Knowledge of DoDFMR and Fiscal Law

* Knowledge and experience required to work independently

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
