  • The successful candidate will provide direct oversight for moderate to complex elements of Amneal's compliance program, including training, monitoring, auditing and investigations, as well as supporting the VP, Chief Compliance Officer in developing, implementing and maintaining a robust, dynamic and effective corporate compliance program.

Essential Functions:


  • Compliance Training • Design and develop corporate compliance and healthcare compliance training program for corporate offices and field teams, based on corporate, organizational and individual needs • Implement learning and development programs • Ensure training processes and relevant materials are up-to-date • Deliver compliance training programs across the organization • Mentor field teams and supervisors on conducting effective training • Identify training compliance and coordinate escalation of non-compliance


  • Compliance Department Support and other Compliance projects • Oversee monitoring and auditing activities • Oversee and administer the investigations process • Oversee corrective action plans in partnership with functional leadership for resolution of problem areas or gaps • Assist with analyses, reports and statistics reflecting monitoring and auditing outcomes • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance colleagues in assessing, enhancing and implementing changes to compliance program policies, procedures and process to meet applicable requirements and address key emerging risks • Other compliance projects as assigned Work with internal functions, including field teams, to provide advice and counsel on compliance matters

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:


  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) - Required


  • Master Degree (MBA) - Preferred


  • Juris Doctor - Preferred


  • Ph. D. - Preferred

Experience:


  • 10 years or more in 10 years or more experience required in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in compliance, legal, audit or marketing

Specialized Knowledge:


  • Working knowledge of various laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect Amneal’s Corporate Compliance Program (e.g., OIG Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Providers, industry guidance documents, CIA trends, regulations regarding the promotion of marketed products, Open Payments and the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statutes).
