The things you’ll do.
As a Continuous Improvement Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional teams, leading them to drive continuous improvement solutions by identifying wasteful activities and implementing changes and/or coordinating efforts to improve or eliminate those activities. You’ll get to facilitate lean activities and projects, implementing solutions using lean tools including: Kaizen events, 5S improvements, value-steam mapping, and many more. The ideal candidate for this role will have the passion and skills to teach others in the organization about the power of lean tools and how best to apply them.
