Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is a full-service, non-profit Catholic hospital, operating in the spirit of the Sisters of Mercy and a part of Trinity Health.

This is a FT position on day shift with benefits. This position is physically located at the Ft. Lauderdale Orthopedic office.

We are looking for an RN who is committed to delivering quality professional nursing care to the patient, working as an integral part of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians/nurses regarding patient treatment plans, and performing detailed assessments of patients.

Job Description Summary:

* Demonstrates skills and knowledge necessary to assure assessment, treatment, and care is appropriate to the age of the patients served.

* Renders consistent professional care to all patients.

* Assess patient and initiates appropriate medical intervention when necessary. Reports to physician any medical situation which calls for immediate attention.

* Answers all telephone calls in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

•Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Florida
