CNT is looking for a Sr. QA Automated/Manual Tester for web development in a .NET Core environment to apply various programming/testing techniques, processes, and tools to ensure the creation of robust code. The QA Automated/Manual Tester will be assigned to the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Federal Grain Inspection Services (FGIS) project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory authority.

The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate controlled office environment. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.
CNT provides enterprise application development from requirements definition, architecture, and design, to software development, deployment, and support and maintenance. We have also created and provide support for a continuous integration and deployment with automated configuration management environment to provide a dev/ops operational environment utilizing TFS and other open source tools.
The project includes three major functional areas;
(1) Development of a web portal that also serves as a standalone application;
(2) Integration and automation of instrument collection results with web portal; and
(3) Creation of a disconnected architecture that can function across the United States 24 hours daily as standalone platforms with synchronization back to the web portal once internet connection is re-established.
