SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides recruiting coordination support to one or more business units, partnering with Talent Advisors to achieve department goals. The Coordinator will possess strong calendaring skills, problem solving skills, be highly skilled at coordination and a have a high level of resourcefulness. The Coordinator must be able to multitask and prioritize activities to meet rigorous deadlines. Talent Acquisition Coordinators collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, internal clients, and the Administrative Assistant community. Will contribute to and/or be responsible for Talent Acquisition projects, reporting and special initiatives. Primary goal is to act as central liaison for Talent Acquisition coordination and administrative functions. May be asked to provide support to executive recruiting coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate interview scheduling, travel arrangements and recruiting activities for interviews for both on-site and off-site locations delivering a superior experience to both internal and external clients.

* Initiate and facilitate background check process. Provide consistent status updates to candidate, hiring managers, and Talent Advisors.

* Complete new hire transactions in Taleo accurately and in a timely manner.

* Produce weekly new hire reporting.

* Provide Day 1 onboarding support and New Hire Orientation support.

* Maintain coordination processes. Ensure hand-offs in processes are clear and concise.

* Ensures all communications are error-free. Confirm details in Taleo are accurate before new hire processing.

* Efficiently prioritizes workload. Meet deadlines or communicates request for extension.

* May provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition department.

* Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* High School diploma or GED required.

* 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment coordination experience is required.

* Working knowledge in administrative support procedures and office equipment.

* Proven track record of consistently delivering error-free work results in a fast-paced work environment.

* Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Previous experience with scheduling complex interviews through MS Outlook.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands.

* Demonstrates ability to work with a high sense of urgency.

* Ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.

* Team player willing to assist wherever there is a need.

* Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails, routing them to others or dealing with them on own initiative when appropriate.

* Must have exceptional customer service skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers.

* Previous experience managing the varied needs of multiple recruiters or prior recruiting experience strongly preferred.

* Is self-sufficient and resourceful.

* Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and a quick learner with the ability to master new systems quickly.

* Experience working as a project coordinator on a complex project or program is desired.

* Project management skills desired.

* Bachelors Degree preferred.

* Taleo experience preferred.
