Provides product support to franchisees and works to promote sales and product loyalty to SVM approved products. Provides support to existing customers and develops new customer relationships, including those with franchisees and internal department staff.
Maintains contact with existing customers and develops new customer relationships via meetings, telephone calls, flyers, and emails for the purpose of providing customer service, product support, trouble-shooting and sales support for products, equipment, supplies, and truckmounts.
Makes recommendations of various solutions to franchises for business needs and issues.
Provides product support information and overview of new equipment and chemicals, as well as the appropriate application.
Researches and provides answers and solutions to questions or problems regarding equipment, products, and billing.
Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides customers with truck mount pricing quotes.
Tracks and provides tracking reports on sales.
Processes orders and liaisons with suppliers to ensure progress of existing orders meet delivery deadlines and products meet quality standards.
Meets and works with franchises at workshops, conventions, visits, and the Academy to inform them of new products and equipment.
Develops new contacts to generate new leads by gathering information on new prospects, initiating sales calls, and networking at industry events.
Conducts field visits to franchise businesses and attends workshops and conventions to build relationships and increase sales.
Expand sales Revenue by introducing new products to existing and potential clients.
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years relevant industry experience
Previous warehouse and distribution experience
Customer service experience
Ability to build relationships with franchise owners
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of inventory management and cost controls
Attention to detail and follow-up
Industry knowledge of products and equipment
Ability to be responsive to customer needs
