Primary purpose of this position is to develop and expand sales in the FGS Business Unit to existing and new accounts assuring sales goals of the assigned territory are met, and customer needs are satisfied.
Individual is required to make sales calls to infertility specialists, reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, nurses, medical assistants, billing/financial specialists, and IVF center management and administration. Secondary sales calls are expected to high profile OBGYN and MFM offices.
Individual must communicate to these professionals the various benefits of using the CS Genomics portfolio of products & services in their practice and/or IVF Center.
Individual must compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to their CS Genomics Regional Sales Director in a complete and timely fashion.
Individual must plan and execute their sales plan to obtain the sales and business goals and objectives within their assigned territory.
Individual must complete the training requirements of the products, procedures, and the applications of those products. They must pass both interim and final examinations and demonstrate to Training and Sales Management that their clinical and product knowledge, ability to articulate proper use and clinical applications of all Products is within Company Standards.
Individual must maintain up to date certification of their training in Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPPA regulations as directed. The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a good documented health profile in order to allow them the ability to comply with customer requirements within their territory.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Clinical experience not required, but a plus.
1-5 years working in a sales team, medical team, or other related job in the IVF/genetics field. Proven success within the REI/Fertility space will be strongly considered.
Documented ability to grow sales and succeed in previous sales positions.
Ability to travel up to 50-70% if required and based on territory
Satisfactory and positive responses from business and personal references.
Proven closer with track record of success
Proven success with not only acquiring new business, but growing and maintaining existing business just as critical
Proven self starter and ability to think on your feet

Excellent Written, Verbal and Phone Communication Skills
Tech Savvy: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations), and CRM Tools.
