Who we are looking for

Global Treasury (GT) is responsible for overall strategic balance sheet management including credit, interest rate, capital and liquidity management.  GT is currently looking to add an Officer to the Global Liquidity Management team to contribute to the development of an industry leading approach to liquidity management, with a focus on global intraday liquidity. This role offers opportunities for creative, analytical thinking, development of new management frameworks, growth into subject matter expertise and exposure to management through the preparation and delivery of presentations. This position will focus on intraday liquidity data analytics, execution of liquidity monitoring and management processes and will work closely with more senior members of the team in day-to-day and project-based work.

What you will be responsible for

As Treasury Analyst – Global Liquidity Officer you will:


  • Partner with other members of the Intraday Liquidity team in conducting quantitative analytics in support of the intraday liquidity management strategy

  • Work with subject matter experts globally to help build a centralized understanding and framework for managing intraday liquidity drivers

  • Assist with the creation of materials / presentations for SME discussion sessions, management decision-making forums and meetings with regulators

  • Be a reliable point of contact for business units on the topic of intraday liquidity monitoring, management and reporting

  • Assist in the completion of ad hoc deliverables and business presentations

  • Independent workstream or project ownership in support of broader business initiatives is expected once core content knowledge is sufficiently built up

  • Experience working with large and complex data sets is a strong advantage

  • Treasury or liquidity management experience is not required, but is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and as an individual contributor

  • Strong written, verbal communication and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting set deadlines

    Education & Preferred Qualifications



  • Four year business degree.  BS/BA (Finance/ Economics/Mathematics/Statistics preferred, but not required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required

  • Strong proficiency in statistical or analytical modeling language such as SAS or R or Python

  • Prior experience with building and/or maintaining models (particularly in R) is a strong advantage

  • Strong proficiency in MS Applications, specifically PPT and Excel
