ABOUT THE JOBResponsibilities include but NOT limited to:
Provide support to Office Manager and clinic administrative staff
Answer incoming calls and make necessary outgoing calls for our providers. Taking messages as needed for staff.
Assist with charts/filing/scanning, Photocopying and mail projects
Track and anticipate clinic needs to order supplies accordingly
Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and waiting room.
EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:
HS Diploma required
Evenings and Saturday required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE:
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
Good communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED (List the computer skills needed):
Good typing skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel
