This role lives within the Business Analytics & Strategy team with a focus on streamlining and standardizing business processes and improving data quality and collection to inform data-driven business decisions and analytics. This role will drive multiple critical strategic projects that drive efficiencies for the Customer Success organization.
What you’ll do:
Project manage and execute on strategic projects and initiatives with Customer Success and cross-functional teams from end to end
Standardize process and oversee proper tracking of presales activities and coordinate cross-functional engagement to optimize presales success
Manage and guide the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and tools for global opportunities, including setting deadlines and selecting team members for assistance in completion
Partner with technical leadership to improve the collection of ticketing and support data to inform resource allocation and capacity planning models
Work with business and systems teams to streamline processes and reporting to enhance renewals forecast accuracy and precision in Salesforce
Develop and manage a technical demo qualification process for the entire Customer Success organization spanning core IT Hygiene and Security qualifications, plus individual Module qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
6+ years of people or project management experience
Experience in international software sales and support
Demonstrated impact in leading highly-visible, cross-functional projects
Experience working creating forms for and integration with Salesforce CRM software
Experience managing business and sales operations; providing direction to the organization, solving complex problems, and providing feedback and recommending action to leadership
