The customer service representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing in depth knowledge of company products, procedures and services resulting in uncompromising customer loyalty.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone and email

  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, inventory, pricing and history inquiries, order entry, billing and payments according to established department policies and procedures

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and questions using all available resources

  • Develop and maintain product, service and company knowledge

  • Assist sales team with inquiries and other needs when they are out in the field

  • Order office supplies as needed

  • A variety of other data entry tasks


  • High School Diploma

  • 2 years customer service experience

  • A developed sense of integrity and commitment as well as a passion for excellence

  • Exceptional problem solving skills

  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Strong work ethic and team focused

  • Basic technical capacity (ability to learn about lubrication and its components)

  • Capable of professionally handling complaints and unpleasant customers

  • Ability to type 45 wpm

  • Proficient with MS Office (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime as required

Working conditions

This position is full time and operates in a casual office environment.
