PURPOSE:

The Director, Talent Acquisition serves as a Leader, Strategic Business Partner, and Subject Matter Expert who is accountable for developing and driving our recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified and culturally fit candidates to support our rapid growth. The Director, Talent Acquisition drives best practices in creating a world-class candidate and an on-boarding experience through talent acquisition, sourcing, attracting, engaging and retaining top talent.

As a strategic partner for leaders across the company, you will identify talent needs, implement sourcing solutions, deliver innovative programs for diversity recruitment and drive the team to deliver against onboarding top talent to support our corporate strategic plan.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Under the direction of the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, the incumbent is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead, evolve and manage a strategic plan for talent acquisition, recruitment and contingent labor; identify areas of opportunities in our established process and bring innovative thinking to create a lasting and impactful candidate experience; ensure efficient flow with our internal business partners, while focusing on equity & consistency.

Craft a sourcing strategy that focuses on identifying and hiring a diverse, inclusive and empowered workforce. Responsible for building a sufficient pipeline of internal, external and contingent candidates through traditional and non-traditional methods. Develop competency-based hiring strategies that will result in attracting and retaining qualified candidates for all positions and maximize the return on investment.

Lead and mentor all members of the Recruiting team with focus on people management capability, industry knowledge and innovation. Drive the talent brand to leverage our continued community efforts, bold healthcare solutions and focus on affordable, access to care ultimately becoming an employer of choice.

Manage recruiting metrics; track and analyze current metrics, develop goals for future metrics and implement initiatives. Remain engaged and aware of evolving business priorities and continuously recommend changes to recruiting process to align with priorities.

Create the framework through process, technology and enablement for Talent Acquisition to deliver a consistent and outstanding experience for every candidate through each step in the hiring process. recruiting metrics.

Develop and maintain a professional network of Diversity and Inclusion resources and leading experts in the field (professional associations, organizations, educational groups, etc).

Direct Reports: 5 Indirect Reports: 20+

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

10+ years experience full life cycle recruiting in either a large complex organization and/or search firm. Experience building, revising, and delivering Recruiting processes in a rapidly changing organization. Driving by data experience compiling and analyzing data to drive business decisions and outcomes. Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team with notable results.

Required Education and Experience:

* Bachelor s in business, HR or related field or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
* Experience sourcing and interviewing executive and C-Suite candidates.
* Experience in the recruitment or management of contingent labor.
* Knowledge of and experience with contemporary talent acquisition technologies and systems. Implementation skills a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast- paced environment.
* Proven success in meeting talent acquisition needs of a fast-paced organization. Established best practices (sourcing, employment branding, online search, pipeline, behavioral interviewing and assessment).
* Team Leadership Experience. Proven track record of building strong organizational buy-in and support for vision and strategy, and successfully acquiring, developing, and retaining leaders for increasingly broader leadership responsibilities.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and engage business partners and gain support for solutions to talent challenges.
* Customer focused and proactive; superb client management skills, able to establish early credibility and trust.
* Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to be a change agent, have vision and the ability to implement new staffing solutions that help achieve business priorities. Successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing initiatives, deadlines, and high requisition volumes. Must be able to handle multiple customer demands from internal and external customers within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate with, develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external customers.
