Eurofins MET Laboratories is searching for a Marketing Coordinator in Baltimore, MD.
Eurofins Electrical & Electronics (E&E) North America-a preferred provider for testing, inspection, and certification of E&E products-has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. This exciting new role will be a key member of the Baltimore-based marketing team and will be responsible for digital and event marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director and will play a key role in supporting the business and its aggressive lead generation objectives. This role will be multifaceted and requires a candidate with a specific skill set. The main responsibilities will be as follows.
Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
  • Digital Marketing
    • Organic and paid social media management, including content scheduling, tracking, and reporting
    • Email marketing scheduling and reporting
    • CRM and Marketing Automation system administration
    • Lead prospecting platform coordination, including data mining and list management
    • Digital file management, including storing and archiving marketing materials
  • Trade Shows and Events
    • Trade show coordination, including booking, logistics, collateral management, staff assignments, lead tracking, and reporting (ROI, opportunities created)
    • Onsite trade show support, including booth staffing and management
    • Collateral management, including working with vendors to produce materials, inventory and storage of materials, and shipping of materials to locations as needed
    • Internal event coordination, including scheduling, communication with registrants/attendees, and presentation management
  • Other marketing and communications support will be required as necessary.
The ideal candidate would possess :
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred
  • We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, well organized marketing professional who takes pride in, and ownership of, any and all tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills using the appropriate tone to ensure we are communicating effectively, clearly, and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences
  • Proven ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
  • Resourcefulness and tenacity with the ability and willingness to move things forward in the face of adversity or ambiguity
  • Ability to work within a matrixed organization that has several key focus areas
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, suppliers, agencies, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to follow orders while occasionally questioning orders as needed to produce a better work product or process

Basic Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline
  • Two to three years of relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent organization, communication, analytic, and attention to detail skills
  • Experience using social media for B2B marketing purposes
  • Admin experience in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot experience preferred)
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to form and maintain relationships with colleagues and associates
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours as needed. The position will be based out of our Baltimore, MD headquarters and is not a remote position.
