We are looking for a team oriented individual who is outgoing with impressive communication skills, organized, professional, service minded and willing to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of the job. As a Full-Time Insurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships within all levels of team members in a business, build productive and smart schedules to benefit the practice and patients, be exposed to various insurance plans to understand the patients breakdown of benefits, understand treatment plans, assist patients with financial agreements and so much more. You will be able to gain the skills and knowledge on all things dentistry by teaming up with your Practice Administrator and Leadership team!

Must possess high degree of professionalism and adaptability
10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry with speed and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations
Proficient in the use of end-user computer applications regarding productivity (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows file management, database, electronic health/medical records and patient billing and other medical information systems
High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
Basic math and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and professionally in a high volume environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must have predictable and consistent attendance
Minimum of 2 years in a Dental
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collection of insurance and patient payments
Assist patients with dental insurance
Process insurance payments
Other tasks as requested by direct Manager
