This role is all about demonstrating daily support of Consumer Health Engagement Cultural Beliefs. Our Implementation Managers support the Onsite Health product delivery to clients, in the client worksite locations, to build and enhance the business relationship with Cigna.

Responsibilities include completing deliverables related to the pre implementation and implementation of new health coaches and health centers found within client sites, development and optimization of implementation processes, possess a thorough knowledge of interdependencies among matrix partners and product knowledge, and complex problems using independent judgment and discretion ensuring client satisfaction with services. Implementations are expected to be completed on time, within budget and meet all expectations/requirements for quality and customer needs.
Implementation of new health coaches and health centers located within client sites.
Successfully complete project deliverables associated with all aspects of health coach/health center implementations including, but not limited to project plan timelines and key milestones, scope of work, contract management and licensing, recruitment and onboarding, facilities management, infrastructure, supply management and marketing in line to meet financial performance goals
Identify and works to remove barriers that could slow or prevent successful installation targets
Positioned as the "face of Cigna Onsite Health" to the client and serves as primary contact person throughout the implementation process until new staff are onsite and operational.
Meet or exceed established metrics related to implementation to help drive annual sales goals
Creative, complex problem solving processes for determining execution of client expectations for non-traditional/nonstandard models.
Partners and communicates with National Account Executives, Regional Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify strategies of meeting client expectations, as well as, unique needs and product implementation methods.
Develops and optimizes implementation process and procedures based off client needs.
Tracks and maintains all implementation activities from initiation to installation.
Identifies optimization opportunities within installation and business processes, and assesses value added and non-value added tasks.

What we expect from you :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business, project management or health care related field preferred
At least 3 or more years of direct patient care /healthcare Project Management experience including:
Experience managing multi-matrixed projects
Experience keeping partners and leaders accountable for time lines and deliverables
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
Excellent planning, organizational and task management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results required and meet commitments
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, customer oriented environment.
At least 1 year of Client facing experience including senior level leadership
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels.
Take pride and responsibility in work produced/results achieved.
Intermediate level knowledge of the following: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Responsible for the adoption and demonstration of the Consumer Health Engagement cultural beliefs. Be a role model for the six cultural beliefs to drive personal accountability and organizational results.
Ability to travel up to 25% for up to 1 week at a time to install health centers
Position may be based in any Cigna office or work from home with a preference for Eastern US.
