The Customer Service Monitoring Specialist will:

* Respond promptly to various alarm conditions at customer locations

* Notify and provide all necessary information for emergency response teams

* Communicate effectively to provide support and gather data

* Update systems and document all alarms and malfunctions

* Execute sound judgment with sensitive and confidential information

Our ideal candidate has:

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1+ year of experience in telephonic customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience managing Emergency Medical Service/911 operations is a plus

* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage through sensitive customer interactions

Compensation & Total Rewards:

* $16.00 per hour with nights and weekend shift differential

Training:

* Paid Orientation and Training will be Monday - Friday 4pm to 12pm for a period of 4 weeks.

Scheduling:

* Our monitoring center is open 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift which includes working weekends and Holidays; you will be scheduled for 2 days off in a row.
