Overview The Business Operations Manager will lead a team with a focus of providing support to all departmental teams. The candidate will often be a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives and new product development. Key functions include monitoring workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, developing interim automated solutions to assist various departments, developing exception reporting and audit routines and working with internal technology groups to develop long term, scalable business solutions.
Lead a team focused on providing support to departmental business units.
Develop interim business tools to allow for high levels of efficiencies.
Build tools and reporting around queue management.
Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions.
Analyzes large, multi-dimensional datasets, identifying actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with all lines of business to ensure new product development timelines are met.
Develop new and more efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times.
May be required to support new business initiatives through demonstration of analytical capabilities
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Ability to work with data, spot trends and draw conclusions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Correspondent Lending/Mortgage experience is a plus
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
