Overview
FVP of Modifications must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to motivate employees. Must be able to maintain strong working relationships with other staff and partners, be creative to plan and accomplish a variety of goals, be results-oriented and be adaptable to change.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the performance of Department functions for a specific site and responsible for the supervision of Modification operations
  • Maintain and create Investor relationships
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the Modification team
  • Develops and recommends operations policy and procedures within the modification Department
  • Maximize the modification team's growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with other departments and management to establish and execute responsibilities.
  • Guide employees by interpreting policies and procedures
  • Set goals and purposes of the organization
  • Conduct employees' performance reviews
  • Reviews performance against operating plans and standards
  • Hiring and maintaining qualified personnel
  • Ensure quality and compliance withi rules, regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
  • Understand and interpret laws and regulations governing modification activities and make appropriate adjustments to policies and procedures


Ideal Candidate will have the following:
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and mortgage industry experience required
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
  • 5+ years management experience
